We had a stunning stay at this hotel. The staff was responsive and friendly. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a wonderful spa, swimming pool, and gym. The location on the outskirts of the medieval town was perfect, providing beautiful mountain views and easy access to the lovely city center of Viseu.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Gorgeous pool area and lounges. Friendly staff, very clean in and out. Nice pond with fishes and frogs. Awesome food, especially morning buffet. Lovely architecture and outside swimming pool.

We had an exceptional stay at this elegant venue. the luxurious amenities provided everything we needed and more. the Spa & wellness centre was the perfect way to unwind with a sauna, indoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi. the health club also provided a great workout. the restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast with special diet menus, and the poolside snack bar was a great spot for a quick bite. the room itself was modern and spacious, with a private balcony and stunning views.
The only minor issue we had was the lack of a sun terrace or garden area to relax in. the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers made up for it.
